New Hampshire Democrats on Thursday called for a federal prosecutor to investigate Republican congressional candidate Frank Guinta's forgotten bank account, which the candidate has tapped for $355,000 in campaign financing.
Mike Brunelle, the executive director of the New Hampshire Democratic Party, asked U.S. Attorney John Kacavas to request that Attorney General Eric Holder investigate whether Guinta violated federal laws covering candidate disclosures and campaign finance reporting.
