NYC Concerts This Week: From Patti Smith to Rick Ross

NYC Concerts This Week

After an exhausting Halloween/Rally-filled weekend, this week of concerts looks pretty tame in comparison. Never fear! There are some great shows this week from Brits like Florence and the Machine and Interpol. Re-live the good ol' days with a huge show at Madison Square Garden from former Pink Floyd bassist Roger Waters and listen to Patti Smith and friends perform a salute to the world of Kubla Khan(in conjunction with "The World of Khubilai Khan: Chinese Art in the Yuan Dynasty," September 20, 2010-January 2, 2011) and the poetry of Samuel Taylor Coleridge, at the Met on Saturday.
