Former Vice Presidential candidates Sarah Palin and Geraldine Ferraro made a sort of TV history Tuesday night when they appeared together on-air for the first time.
The women, the only two women to ever run on a major party's presidential ticket, are both Fox News contributors.
Near the end of their interview, Bret Baier asked them about the possibility of a female president.
"There might be some people running in 2012 and 2016 in which event I really do hope you you'll invite me on the show to make comment," Ferraro said.
At that point, Palin sat up tall in her chair, smiled, and licked her lips.
"Whoever could you mean?" Megyn Kelly asked jokingly.
Palin added that when she watched Ferraro run with Walter Mondale, she never imagined being on the presidential ticket herself.
"I thought I was going to be a sports commentator or maybe the first commissioner of the NBA or NFL back then. I admire all you have accomplished," she said to Ferraro.
