Apparently they found a body two days after this story's publishing date, they are just waiting for formal identification

Habeas corpus (literally “produce the body”). How can you have a murder without a body? Convict on popular opinion?

A sexist headline. Prenups protect both parties in a marriage.

it was a 6:1 judgement (that is the behind the change in laws).. The lone dissenter Judge was a Female Judge..Six Judges were Men...The 6 Male Judges rules that the prenups were valid and the woman (richer of the two) does not have to pay more than the prenup.

I think it was brilliantly executed. If the Male was wealthier, the judges could not have given such a judgement without drawing flak. So they waited for a case when the woman was wealthier and bingo now prenups are valid..........

This is going to read like a bad novel.
