I suppose a probe into the first stimulus, Bush's, would be asking for too much. What was it, seven hundred billion, with no accountability? And the receipitants used a lot of the money to pay themselves huge bonuses. Naa, Issa is only interested in digging up ammunition that can be used against Democrats. It's the Starr Whitewater, and anything else we can come up with to hurt the Democrats, boondoggle, part II.

Wonder if old Darrell has some subpoenas with Gomer's name, Paulson's name, former GOP Texas Senator Phil Gramm, the true architect of the banking and Wall Street failures, should be included. These guys created the problem and handed out the first checks to their pals on Wall Street and in the big banks.

~~ Issa currently serves on the United States House Committee on Foreign Affairs, the House Judiciary Committee, and the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, of which he is the Ranking Member.
~~ His net worth has been estimated at more than $251 million, making him the "richest member of Congress".
~~ Issa left the Army nearly two years early after being stripped of his duties as a b_0mb specialist. A retired Army sergeant claimed that Issa st0|e a Dodge sedan from an Army post near Pittsburgh in 1971.

Misinformed voters retained these incumbent Repubs with the objective to create jobs. They were not elected to start hearings and witch hunt. This is a waste of taspayers money and resources. Voters and the rest of us should call Issa's office day and night or email him, requesting him not to do these things that are unproductive and pure politics. If they can't create jobs in the next few month, they will be voted out in 2012.
