Miley Cyrus Shows Off 'Just Breathe' Chest Tattoo (PHOTO)

Miley Cyrus wore an open-back dress that showed off her chest tattoo Sunday night at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Madrid.

Miley unveiled the 'Just Breathe' tattoo last year while wearing a bikini in Miami Beach. It is reportedly a tribute to a friend who died of cystic fibrosis. She also has the word 'Love' tattooed on her ear.

Lindsay Lohan has a similar 'Breathe' white ink tattoo on her wrist.

First and foremost Miley is a teen and like most teens she is testing the boundaries and trying to find her voice. The only difference between her and the average teen is that she's in the public eye. She's not asking to be a role-model to your teens - that's YOUR job. She's an entertainer and from what I hear she does well at her job. She's not asking for your approval. You either like her music or you don't - she's made no secret of the fact that the real Miley is nothing like the person she had to portray on Hannag Montana. Like it or not - at 17 she's more successful than 99% of the people whining on this post and that is likely the real issue - jealousy. So get a life, get a job, get off the PC , lose that excess weight. Miley isn't thinking about you - you should do the same if you're so offended i.e. grow up.
