Each year, the Purpose Prize is awarded to a group of professionals over 60 who have found second careers heading up nonprofits to make a difference in their communities.
The 2010 Purpose Prize winners were announced Wednesday. The top five recipients will take home a $100,000 check. An additional five recipients were awarded $50,000 prizes.
