The softest side of russell crow is his head. The guy is a jerk. He likes to throw tantrums and cell phones. Attack some guy because they won't broadcast your stupid poetry? Attack some guy at the front desk of a hotel? Jerk. Russel crow and charlie sheen - two pea brains in a pod.

Russell is one of my favorite actors. I think he's handsome, talented and he makes great movies. His wife is a lucky woman.

He won an Oscar for playing a gladiator in a gladiator movie called "The Gladiator". Really? Did Steve Reeves ever receive an Academy Award winner?

Crowe is taking credit for the actions of other people in helping Quentin get home from Paris. It didn't actually happen the way he said. He took a really nice story of people working together using Twitter to help Quentin and made it all about him. Typical.

I followed that at the time. Fact is nothing was happening for Quentin until Crowe posted to Malaysian Airlines and Virgin Blue.
It wasn't "All about him", it was about the social power of Twitter. I think he made that clear.
09:42 PM on 11/10/2010
No, I followed it as well. Crowe retweeted the story from Quentin. A fan in Malaysia saw the story and contacted people he knew in the Malaysian airlines to make them aware of the situation and that was what initiated the process. That was conveniently left out of Crowe's version.

Crowe has always had a softer side, which makes him such a deft actor (my fav).

Crowe is the best, everything he does shows critical thinking and every scene is nuanced.
Also he is a real man in every sense. Go Russell. Andrea

I agree. He's the best. I don't get tired of watching "Gladiators." He was so beautiful in that movie. I've seen all his movies. Including "Romper Stomper." That was a crazy movie, but I liked it. I have pictures of him in my office. I'm a big fan.

Poor girl, she was scared of him. It looked like she was worried he was going to hit her!

One of my all-time favorite actors. As riverhouse posted, he owes us nothing but a good performance. I personally think he's settled, grounded and focused on his career. Good for him.

I can't wait to see this one. I also think Elizabeth Banks is very underrated as an actress. Love her!

Samira, ASK THE QUESTION, please. Don't ramble. Then let your subject respond. Crowe had to break in just to answer you.

Been a huge fan of RC's for over 10 years.

Simply love him. Consumate actor. Devoted family man. Intelligent. And more.

Has made his mistakes and done his "mea culpas."

Haters? Don't even bother to respond.

It'll just show what needy, attention-seekers you are. grins.

This interviewer went to the Matt Lauer School of Interviewing. If you are interested in attending, consult your matchbook cover. The man is an actor, he can come across how he wants. He needs to get back in the good graces of the public..so he's putting on a show. It will take more than one anecdote to convince me he isn't the egomaniacal a$$hat he's been in the last few years.

There have been countless anecdotes. Check out Leno, Letterman, Oprah, Ellen de Generes, Conan and Craig Ferguson. They are all there on YouTube and have been for the past five years. Time you caught up.

Well, he's a smart guy and I think he figured out pretty quickly that no matter how talented you are, being a d*ck in Hollywood is career suicide. Too bad Val Kilmer and William Hurt didn't figure that out before they destroyed their own careers with attitude and temper tantrums.
