Chaz Bono & His Girlfriend Kiss At 'Burlesque' Premiere (PHOTOS)

Chaz Bono brought his girlfriend, Jennifer Elia, to the premiere of mom Cher's new movie, 'Burlesque.'

Cher, 64, showed lots of leg and cleavage in a sparkly mini-dress and posed with costar Christina Aguilera.

Chaz completed gender reassignment surgery earlier this year and Cher has repeatedly confused her male and female pronouns when talking about her new son.

Wow....ok...here is my question for everyone because I am really curious as to the general opinion of others...especially those who say they are "Christians".... now according to the information left in the Bible, not what mankind has decided is "right", is this correct? Not only does in basically involve being homosexual, because this is still a natural woman with another woman, but then it also involves rearranging, for the lack of a better phrase, your sexual organs. Now I know all the liberals will say its cool, and I am not taking a side one way or the other with this posting. I just am stating the facts and askin based upon that do you feel this is truly acceptable in God's eyes? And if you could give an educated response as to why you feel the way you do that would be awesome too!

Fundamentals of what Jesus taught were to love your neighbor as yourself, and to judge not, lest ye be judged, and condemn not, lest ye be condemned. It is not the business of anyone posting here to have the temerity to presume to speak for god. If you believe that the procedure undertaken by Mr. (Ms) Bono is wrong or right has absolutely no bearing on anything, because the bible teaches that only god can judge. BTW, this is a really good method for distinguishing between true Christians, and those who use the cachet, but don't walk the walk.

Had another thought overnight, and thought I would toss it in for your consideration. Let us say that what god made is right and perfect in it's creation( the original premise of your question). Then would it not be an abomination, every time a species is made extinct, a river is made to no longer flow or a mountain is blown up for a highway or for energy deposits? The history of mankind is one of alteration of the way things originally were, and while the bible talks about man having dominion, we are also supposed to be good steward of what has been created, and quite honestly, there is no case that can be made for mankind being good stewards for the planet or its flora and fauna.

I can understand Cher's difficulties accepting Chaz gender reassignment surgery. No parent wants to see their child that unhappy in his/her own skin to make such a drastic change. It's great that Chaz is finally happy. That said, Chaz is really gross looking.

I had a friend who was part of our group of friends and I knew her for 5 years before I ever found out she had spent the first 30 years of her life as a man. Her "reassignment" was beautifully done, and she was very happy about it. People need to get a clue about this and realize that another person's genitalia or lack thereof is just not anyone else's business. Also, kudos to Cher for being open and human about it. Good luck to Chaz. I agree he needs a bit of wardrobe advice, however.
