Conan's TSA Pat-Down Demonstration Gets Creepy Fast (VIDEO)

The increased amount of controversial full-body scanners at airports across the U.S. is a serious concern to many who will be flying over the holidays. Unfortunately, as we learned on last night's episode of "Conan" the alternative search method (a manual pat-down) isn't much more comforting. Conan brought a real TSA Agent to the show last night to demonstrate the pat-down method on an audience member, and let's just say things got really weird, really fast.

It's amazing that the only probable cause they need is the fact that you're getting on an airplane.

With the logic that getting on airplane makes you a suspected terrorist who has lost ANY right to privacy, the TSA should have the right to scan your computer files and sneek and peek into your house.

This is no different than secret wiretaps. A lot of fear and less security because Joe Citizen is as much at the mercy of the government as he is of any criminal.

If the TSA employee has the right to suspect that anyone might be a terrorist, then anyone has the right to suspect that a TSA employee might be a sexual predator.

Guilty until proven innocence is the standard for both.

Anal probes? In case you don't watch the news much Paris Hilton keeps her coke in places that are not currently being checked and I live in abject fear that a terrorist will get on an airplane with a nuclear device snuggly stashed in that very place. If the TSA doesn't start searching every cavity I am going to assume they just don't care about our safety.

If what I've heard is accurate, some TSA staffers are attempting to dissuade people from opting for a pat-down instead of the scan by making a big thing about the choice and loudly making statements like, "You'd better get a good set of gloves...you're going to need them where you're going". They also make it plain that they will hand search up your legs "until they meet resistance".

Apparently, there's a bit of a rebellion brewing, with guys promising they'll use their capacity for fantasy to make sure the "resistance" being met isn't what the groper wants to find.

Have to admit it...I don't get Conan.
Don't hate him, but really don't think he's funny.
Creepy is his wheelhouse...I just don't think that takes a lot of talent.
Plus...most of his stuff is the same joke...over and over...
He delivers well, but it's not creative stuffl
...and it's not your generation...there's lots of great stuff/people from you guys...just Conan isn't one of them.
