The Onion News Network has taken aim at federal budget cuts in their report of President Obama's plan to replace a high-powered, lightning quick rail line with a new system of high-powered, lightning quick buses. Although the proposed model, touted in the video by Dept. of Transportation officials as "the next generation of buses, roaring past you at race car speeds," is markedly less glamorous than its rail line counterpart, this alternative will save the country billions of dollars. As the Obama Administration knows, you win some, you lose some.
