Nine Best Things To Do In NYC This Weekend (PHOTOS)

The Huffington Post     First Posted: 11/18/10 05:37 PM ET   Updated: 05/25/11 07:15 PM ET

If you were looking for something to do in New York this weekend, stop looking. Just stop. We have nine things that you will do, right here, below this text. So relax, already!

Free your inner child this weekend with a drunken Muppet Sing-a-long, or a performance of Harold and The Purple Crayon (isn't that Bush's favorite book or something?). Get a leg up on Thanksgiving with a pumpkin pie baking workshop at Wave Hill Gardens, or get your ra-ra out with the genre-bending band Kittens Ablaze.

For the kids (you didn't think we would forget them, did you?), Bryant Park is hosting its first Family Day with performers, a dog fashion show and live music. For the adult Harry Potter lover there is a hilarious 'Religious Right-Wing Harry Potter Musical' performed by the Kirk Cameron Repertory Players at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
