Hillary Clinton

WASHINGTON — Don't expect to see Hillary Rodham Clinton's name on an election ballot anytime soon.

The current secretary of state – and former Democratic senator and presidential candidate – says she's very happy in her job as America's top diplomat.

She tells "Fox News Sunday" that she's "not in any way interested in or pursuing anything in elective office."

Clinton says she's committed to doing what she can to advance the interests and values of the United States.

I cant help it .. I like Hillary a lot! I voted for her in the primary because I thought she had more teeth and would get more done.

She could easily beat the rookie in a primary. Now that everyone sees first hand what a miserable failure he has been, the door is open. Run Hillary!

she won't fare any better than she did the last time . . .
04:52 PM on 11/23/2010
Unless she's changed fundamentally she can't win; she's her own worst enemy.

Yes, I still cringe at her "I dodged bullets in Bosnia" story, ahem.....lie..... from the campaign. She is her own worst enemy.....

There's no Obama hater like a Hillary Obama hater. How do you square your Hillary loving, Obama hating with the fact that she appears to genuinely like and respect the man? While I agree she couldn't come out and say she were running, that hardly means she is. She will not challenge Obama. In 2016 she will be 69 years old and has says she wants to retire. Hint to PUMA's: Move on!

Obama should have Hilary on his ticket in 2012 and then she can run for President in 2016.

Good. I think she wears her roll quite well.

It's been good to see her blossom in this role and her friendship with Obama.

All things are possible !

The primaries of '08 are over and two years have passed.

The Democratic $$$ machine won't be forking over the cash for Obama next time around. Both Barry and HRC no this. Slick Willie has been busy working the phones.

You're two for two on ridiculous posts

What is really going to burn HRC's @$$ is that a Republican will be the first woman President. And no, it won't be Palin, it will be someone else. And believe me, if you don't think HRC is thinking about this, you are fooling yourself. Therefore, she will run in 2012.

Obama, payback is a witch, and her name is Hillary.

If Biden decides he doesn't want to do the vp slot in 2012, I think Obama/Hillary has showen they work well together. I would love that ticket!
10:59 AM on 11/23/2010
Biden decides? Biden will not have a say on whether he stays. He will be told.

Why would she? Not long ago it looked like she wanted to be president pretty bad. Now, why would she? The country is heading down a very dark path. Being president during the times that the Republican Party has ushered in, will not be pleasant for any American, including the president.

Well, somebody's got to do something. It probably should be Mrs. Clinton. It's time to start thinking about this. After all, it will be four years ago this February that thousands stood in the cold in Springfield hoping for and expecting change.

I apologize for not supporting her in '08 and for some of the things I posted here regarding her. I was very wrong about the gentleman we got.

Not to mention the fact that, if you look back at the debates, pretty much every policy that O criticized HRC for suggesting, he has actually implemented. except (a) I don't think she would have sat back and twiddled her thumbs while the tea party developed a base, and (b) if she had been the nominee ( I know . . . . she wasn't, so what's the point) in '08, sarah palin would still be a full-term governor that no one has ever heard of.

Hillary Clinton is a strong, intelligent, hard working, savvy woman who knows she can do the job she's in now and make a difference. It's important work that will have a huge impact and she's up for the task. She is a born leader who has a burning desire to make things right. She would never think of splitting the ticket for a run in 2012, but 2016 will be her year to kick butt. She is more than qualified to be this country's first woman President.

I love Sarah Palin. No wait...I love parasailing.

I agree with this wholeheartedly. For some reason many want her run and split the vote.

I think she would be to old in 2016 to run as hard as she would need to. She is 60 years old this yrs., God Bless her.

She thinks about splitting the ticket everyday, but she never will. Her only chance in 2016 is for Obama to lose now, and even then, I question her electability. She was riding a unique wave in 2008 that will not be there in 2016.
