Tony's divorce petition was filed in Bexar County, Texas. The stamp shows today's date. Sources connected with Tony confirm a document was filed.

Not that I care one way or another, after all other than being married to her, I ave no idea who he is....all I know about her is she is in Desperate woman, a show I have NEVER watched.

Apparently on this site and others they both spent weeks CLAIMING THEY WERE STAYING TOGETHER!......what a surprise another set of Hollywood publicist can't get their stories straight.

NOW THE BIGGER QUESTION IS CAN HP NOW CARRY MORE INTERESTING ITEM SUNDER THE HEADING OF ENTERTAINMENT ?????

Parker might have a home in Texas that he claims as his Homestead -- Texas seems to be big on homestead laws & the weight it is given.  

Longoria, too, is a Native Texan ... and I think she may have her own home in Corpus Christi.   Wonder if she also takes a homestead exemption on any of her properties (she owns in Texas).

And then ... wonder what the prenup says about how disputes will be resolved -- and what State the divorce will be filed.  

Oh boy ... here comes the real "Housewives" drama!

Marrying someone when you both live and work apart for most of the year, surrounded by people who want to bed you, not a great receipt for a relationship.

in CA it doesn't matter if anyone cheated, etc. it's community property. all of the money earned and not spent that was earned in the time married is split equally down the middle. also all of the outstanding bills are split down the middle. there isn't spousal support unless one makes a whole lot more than the other and then it may only be temporary (like while kids are young or until the poorer spouse can get college, etc to help them get a job. ) However, they have a prenup, so that will be the main rule followed. it won't be pretty. they both are very rich, but when someone gets hurt, or is angry, they get meaner and uglier and greedier.

I remember she was called a "bridezilla" and her preparations for their wedding went on and on. Do guys really like all that stuff? She seemed very high maintenance at the time.
