NBC's Lester Holt has been in Afghanistan since Friday, reporting on the war there from military bases across the country. He anchored the "Today Show" and "NBC Nightly News" from Afghanistan over the weekend, and will again anchor the "Nightly News" Wednesday evening. He will also anchor "Today" on Thanksgiving Day. It is Holt's first trip to Afghanistan.
