The Gold Coast landmark known as the Florsheim Mansion is now up for sale.

The Florsheim Mansion once belonged to Lillian Florsheim, the shoe heiress and sculptor. The well-known architect Andrew Rebori built the home in 1938 and sold it to Florsheim in 1946.

This home includes a 35-foot gallery kitchen that was built to connect the main house to the coach house, which were originally two separate structures. Lillian Florsheim used the coach house as design studio and party venue.

This 5 bedroom, 5 bath mansion is currently listed for $2.35 million.

The three story, 4,500 square foot home has are a reception room that overlooks a garden and patio, a view overlooking State Street and Lake Michigan, a media room and much more.
