Ireland Bailout Gets The Taiwanese Animation Treatment (VIDEO)

Ireland Bailout Taiwain Animation

It was inevitable, but the massive bailout of Ireland has finally got the Taiwainese animation treatment.

Ireland, once heralded as a model of growth, has quickly become a debt-addled nation that, at least one prominent Irish leader, says was cajoled into accepting a massive bailout and harsh budget cuts. Along the way, the video notes, Ireland was embroiled in a speculative housing bubble and became something of a tax haven, home to accounting gimmicks like the "Double Irish."

The result, according to the video, was that the economy once called the "Celtic tiger" turned into a house cat, and civil unrest has been unleashed after cuts to social services. It may not be that far from the truth -- though we can't vouch for (or support) the video's depictions of violence against Leprechauns.

Ireland is now a vassal state to the major European powers.

The people of Iceland should remember what is happening in Ireland today when they vote on EU status next year. Joining the EU, for smaller states, means becoming a pawn of Germany and France.

Christmas, wintertime
some shepherds, ordinary men, plain spoken, kind hearted, looked up and unusual patterns were in the sky, an angel appeared and said
'be not afraid...'

My question is, who is getting that 6.7% interest? Is the Goldsacks of money, and other banks getting it for 0%? Isn't this just another way to keep the money going to the top while destroying any middle class there might still be in Ireland?

The world's future children are being brokered by the ultra wealthy in exchange for survival and short term profits. I assumed anyone on the street had already accepted that as truth.
