Ashton Kutcher Furious Over Brittney Jones Sex Tape

Ashton Kutcher is furious over the release of a new sex tape featuring his self-alleged mistress Brittney Jones -- claiming the company behind the flick is illegally using his name to push the porn.

Ashton's lawyer's have fired off a letter to Vivid Entertainment -- claiming they're specifically pissed over a press release for the video, which says, "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced."

Ashton Kutcher is probably enjoying all the attention he can get since his last film performed poorly at the box office. I remember when he taped a commercial encouraging people to help others, but then a few days later he posted a belligerent video clip online in which he threatened his neighbor's life. It's hard to take someone who acts this way seriously.

My question is: Did they use his full name or just his first name? Did they use his likeness along with the name?
If Vivid has a good mouthpiece, and I'm sure they do, this should be no problem.
As for Demi and the D-bag, when you conduct your lives the way they do, don't be surprised when stuff like this happens.
I'm not saying that the way they conduct their sex lives is right or wrong, just that they should't be surprised.

Hey, I really hope this is not true cuz here's a couple that actually does a lot of good for the world. They really care about humanitarian causes. They also seem to be a cool, this works for us so stay out of our business couple with a steamy e r o t i c life. I hope he doesn't turn out to be a typical celeb d-bag. IF he actually sues (he threatened once before when the story of this "affair" broke), maybe he's got nothing to hide. He threatened before and didn't sue. I'm thinking if he doesn't do anything perhaps he is fearful that this lady (I use the term loosely) might actually have something on him. Who knows. Or, she could be just a gold digging B.
