Danny Bonaduce Weds Amy Railsback

Former 'Partridge Family' star Danny Bonaduce got back on the marriage bus, tying the knot 28-year old former teacher Amy Railsback in a Maui wedding on November 22nd.

The wedding - complete with skull wedding rings - came after three years of dating; Bonaduce asked Railsback for her hand in marriage shortly after he finalized his divorce with ex-wife, Gretchen Hillmer.

The two met in a Starbucks three years ago, when Railsback approached Bonaduce to compliment his reality show, 'Breaking Bonaduce.'

The wedding, as far as Bonaduce was concerned, was a bit of a surprise.

"The wedding planner from the hotel called to speak with Amy and told me I was getting married!" Bonaduce told PEOPLE magazine. "I said, 'Honey you got something to tell me?' Then I thought about it, and said, 'This is a great idea!'"

I have met them both, had dinner at a mutual friend's home. They are a delightful couple who complement each other perfectly. Amy made a video of all of Danny's mom's friends which she presented at her surprise birthday party recently in LA. She is genuinely kind and Danny clearly adores her. Shame on you naysayers and nattering nabobs of negativity. Cruelty isn't funny.

It depends on how you define "cruelty." And please, those of us old enough to remember that tired Spiro Agnew quote (railing against the "liberal media") also remember the multi-checkered past of Danny Bonaduce. He will always inspire an avalanche of comments because of his actions and I'm sure he knows that too. If you know him the guy seems to have a sense of humor about it.

Did you actually READ some of these comments? Especially those regarding Danny's new wife? To characterize them as anything BUT cruel would be intentionally obtuse. And, yes, he does have a sense of humor about his own actions and past. I doubt he would laugh over the comments regarding his wife's appearance or motives, however.

Danny Boy has had a "career" only slightly better than the late Gary Coleman.  Tabloidesque lifestyle and with no apparent talent, he's managed to avoid living in homeless shelters.  I see this marriage being dunzo in less than 6 months...
