Weeks after filing for divorce from husband Tony Parker, Eva Longoria went out with friends Saturday night to Hollywood's famed Chateau Marmont, where she sipped champagne and caught a performance by a singer from The Gypsy Kings.
"She had a grin on her face, but every so often she would stare off into space and looked very sad and somber," an observer told Us Weekly.
Despite looking beautiful in an all-black ensemble, the star "wasn't her feisty little self," the witness added. "If I could describe her energy in one word, I would say 'defeated'."
Just last week, the Longoria and Parker met for lunch at a nearby Los Angeles hotel.
Longoria filed for divorce from the NBA star three weeks ago, after discovering hundreds of sexy text messages between her husband and a former teammate's wife.
