David Chang Reveals New Ingredients At Harvard Cooking Lecture

David Chang's Harvard Cooking Lecture

Last night marked the final lecture of Harvard's Science and Cooking celeb-chef public symposia, which we've been attending since fall. (Like any entitled Harvard undergrad, we decided to skip the less enthralling ones.) Momofuku czar David Chang came up from NYC to preside over the last talk and demonstration, and to co-judge the students' final projects being presented today at their course-culminating science fair. The big prize is a trip to Barcelona, furnished by Ferran Adrià's Alicia Foundation--and a job with Chang aparently."'I'm going to convince [the winner] to come work for us after they graduate Harvard," Chang told us last night.
