As promised, President Obama appeared on last night's episode of "Mythbusters" on the Discovery Channel.
In his appearance, meant to promote a science and technology initiative, Obama asked co-hosts Adam Savage Jamie Hyneman to revisit a myth they had already busted once before: whether the ancient Greek scientist Archimedes actually set fire to a Roman fleet using only mirrors and the sun's rays.
Below, see Obama welcome the duo to the White House and tell them why he thinks this particular myth has not quite been busted yet. (Not to mention the fact that he likes watching "blow stuff up.)
