NBA Star Puts '9 By Design' Decorated Townhouse On The Market (PHOTOS)

NBA Star Put "9 By Design" Soho Townhouse On The Market For $37,500/Month

An incredible Soho townhouse is back on the market for only $37,500 a month. Designed by Bravo reality show "9 By Design" stars Bob and Cortney Novogratz, it has been owned by NBA star Zydrunas Ilgauskas and his family since 2006. Zydrunas, nickamed "Z," recently decided to follow fellow Cleveland Cavalier LeBron James to The Miami Heat.

The unusual 5,000-square-foot house has accents courtesy of the Novogratzes, including a pair of round windows from a French cathedral and details courtesy of the Ilgauskas, namely an extremely large "open" shower to accommodate Zydrunas' tall build (he's 7'3").

The listing goes into detail about some of the furnishings, especially in the kitchen, which has:

a restaurant bar salvaged from Upstate New York, wrought iron balconies from Peru, train station clock from Paris, round church window from France, cast iron posts are from a landmark building on Central Park West, tile in the kitchen is from a chapel on Central Park West

The Hot Sheet interviewed Jennifer Inglauskas about their decision to rent the property after such a long search: "I had probably looked at over 70 properties."
