Leb-i-derya in Istanbul. Tiny little hard to find bar, that has stunning views over the city and the Bhosphorus.

It's a fantastic little bar too, but the views are some of the best I have ever seen from a bar.

Nero at The Address Hotel in Dubai is also a good spot.

True. But the article is only illustrating "10 Bars With Stunning Views." Nothing mentioned about the best.
