Via TMZ: We wrote about Jesse James' Sunset Beach home shortly after his blow up with then-wife Sandra Bullock. After Bullock and baby Louis decamped to New Orleans, Jesse James hauled his four-bedroom, four-and-a-quarter bathroom home on the market for the optimistic price of $6.75 million. After at least two price chops (TMZ has one at $5.995 million and Real Estalker reports a later price of $4.995 million) TMZ reports that the home finally sold early this December for $4.5 million.
