Gee, no mention of New Hampshire, or as their license plate falsely states "Live Free or Die."

Notice the glaring differences in the amounts you are able to have... Washington/Oregon are the top of the list... ??? Seems to me that we need to ALL get onboard and drive this under one umbrella... would simplify the process and make for less confusion... I know, I know... an ole gal can dream can't she! Legalize medical marijuanain ALL 50 states.... NOW!

I think marijuana intoxication should be required for driving. Everyone would be more careful, they would drive under the speed limit, and if you ever get in an accident, it would be at a slow speed and there would be no serious injuries, plus there would be no road rage after words, it would be like "Hey dude, sorry bout hitting your car" "It's cool brah, wanna smoke a joint before the cops get here to do their report?"

The jobs due to local industry will re-distribute all wealth over time when we go hemp in America.

Farming fallow fields and the industries that come from hemp, You name it, it is the most human friendly plant on earth.

This is the real answer to bringing down centralized power and dealing with Wall Street and The mega banks. Damn the Government we could take control of our lives and our country again!

Believe me folks, this is the greatest nightmare to the powers that be!

Believe me, the fed does not really care if you or I get high. They do not care about the CSA and safety for Americans. Not the fed I have known for the last 65 years. Cannabis Prohibition is an excuse to keep us little people down and unable to grow and use, hemp the most benign and useful plant on the planet!

So why is the DEA putting synthetic cannabis into schedule 1? Is that just to keep their cover from being blown?
01:25 PM on 01/03/2011
That's because synthetic cannabinoids (JWH-###, and HU-###) are usually highly concentrated. They have to be made potent/concentrated enough to induce similar effects to that of marijuana, but at that level you are very close to the threshold for overdose. You don't want to see what happens when you accidentally inhale A LOT more synthetic cannabinoid than intended. It isn't pretty, and can result in death. (It raises blood-pressure and heart-beat to the point of heart attack)

To me, this is MORE reason to legalize marijuana. The problem, law-makers view it as 'Oh no our precious untainted children are converted to drug users with this evil sneaky marijuana-substitute, make it illegal and keep marijuana illegal as well!'

When the truth is... Marijuana users are sick of losing jobs, being prosecuted, and being forced to give up their personal, recreational, and non harmful(especially to others) activity. They have been forced into using 'legal-substitutes' that can cause death and serious consequences to their health. All this when the plant we want is harmless, and beneficial to mankind.

This says to me 'You are an alcoholic or pharmaceutical drug-abuser? Come on in, get wasted, try not to kill people and break things in the process!', and conversely, 'You inhale the vapors from a plant!? GET OUT OF HERE CRIMINAL! You are lucky we don't throw you in jail for the rest of your life!'

God bless America, where I am not free to choose.

Arizona should have been included. It fully passed the last election and the details are settled except logistics.
