After the UConn women's basketball team topped the UCLA men's 88-game winning streak with a 93-62 victory over Florida State on Tuesday, coach Geno Auriemma was interrupted during his postgame press conference.
President Barack Obama called the legendary basketball coach to congratulate him and his team on their 89th consecutive win.
"No, you're not interrupting anything," Auriemma said. "If I was calling you and you had all those reporters in front of you, you'd be dying to take my phone call, right?"
