Not just toys, either. Remember melamine-laced pet food? What about the melamine-enhanced milk, fortunately only distributed in China, that killed several children? Let's not forget the cadmium-colored collectors' glasses distributed by McDonalds. How about the recent scandal with tainted Chinese wine? Possessing any recently made product that originates in China is a calculated risk.

That was my experience, too. So, we appreciate the idea of U.S. toys from small business but we will probably need to find our way independently of this article.
