Rihanna, Matt Kemp Break Up: Report

Rihanna and Matt Kemp have split, according to Us Weekly.

The singer and Los Angeles Dodgers star had dated for nearly a year; they first got together in Mexico in January. Unfortunately, their hectic lives made it impossible to stay together.

"He just can't keep up with her crazy travel schedule," one source the magazine.

"Matt's sick of always following after her like a puppy dog all over the world. He wants something more normal," the source adds.

Apparently, the break is relatively recent; "It happened over the last few weeks," the source said. "She basically was just over it."

That may not be the truth; on December 10th, it was reported that the relationship had already ended, due to cheating on both sides.

This may dash Rihanna's hypothetical pregnancy plans; in November, she said she could be pregnant soon.

Rihanna is a very hot woman. She makes provocative music and videos and can no longer hold any claim to being the innocent girl from a catholic boarding school. It is kind of sad - the trade a woman has to make for being a sex symbol. Most of these modern Venuses end up with no one but their fans, fame, fashion and finances.

Rihanna makes hits - which is more than I can say for Matt in 2010. I think the die was cast when he finished the season below .250. Grammy winners date .300 hitters - not guys who struggle to hit their weight!

blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...WHO CARES!! Who could possibly care whether she or he is engaged, married, pregnant with an elephant (well I suppose if HE was it would be news) but.... What possibly could this be relevant to ANYONE'S life. People have no jobs, no health insurance, are dying because they have no money, people are living in the streets, in tents or in their cars and this is what occupies even .8 seconds of one's time. People are dying in fruitless wars. I wouldn't know them if I tripped over them. I could not care LESS

SORRY TO HEAR OF THIS BREAK-UP !..... But unfortunately, relationships between high profile, or people in the entertainment world go thru this sort of thing throughout their lives. Their hectic schedules to bring us: (the public) entertainment also brings them a great deal of unhappiness and even loneliness. This also goes for many in the sports and even military worlds. But I'm hoping if this is true love, both Rihanna and Matt can over-come their long-distance, situation !
