Chuck Norris Passes Out On Czech Television (VIDEO)

There's one place Chuck Norris isn't so powerful: the Czech Republic.

Actually, the action star turned cult hero is so popular in the central European country, he's starring in a series of hit ads for T-Mobile there. The Wall Street Journal reports that Norris has just as much an appeal in the Czech Republic as he does in America.

During communism, smuggled video tapes of Norris's action films would find their way into Czech VCRs, and once the Iron Curtain fell, one of the first shows the Czech people got to see on newly freed airwaves was his hit 'Walker, Texas Ranger.'

Now, he's hawking cell phones, and proving a hit once again. The ads are popular on TV and have been viewed over 4.5 million times on YouTube. With a population of 10 million, that's an incredible percentage.

Add to that by watching some of the ads below. And don't worry about the language barrier; you'll find Norris pretty easy to understand. For much more from the story, click over to The Wall Street Journal.

Looks like his "Walker:Texas Ranger" money ran out.... Maybe he should ask Sarah Palin for a job.

Chuckie was a Bush supporter too. Not just a teabagger. How many action stars do you consider above average intelligence?

Chuck didn't waste much time in wardrobe. Same outfit in all three.

The only appeal chucky boy has with me is when I watch Bruce Lee kick his butt. And that was before he exposed himself as a bagger; wannabe president of Texas. HAHAHAHAA

I cant stand most of hollywoods left wing politics, but Ill still see a movie once in a while. No wonder you never get invited to parties.

I think that was his reaction when Obama was elected.
