The vulture was merely a diversion, enabling Israeli hamsters to infiltrate the western border undetected.

Nothing new about the military using animals ;

The U.S. Navy Marine Mammal Program (NMMP) is a program administered by the U.S. Navy which studies the military use of marine mammals—principally Bottlenose Dolphins and California Sea Lions—and trains animals to perform tasks such as ship and harbor protection, mine detection and clearance, and equipment recovery. The program is based in San Diego, California, where animals are housed and trained on an ongoing basis. NMMP animal teams have been deployed for use in combat zones, such as during the Vietnam War and the Iraq War.

Lol, this is quite absurd.
However, animals have been used during times of war before.

"No, Mr. Bond. I expect you to fly." (taken off another headline)

If it was a female, will it be prosecuted for exposing its beak?

Years ago the father of a friend of mine was in SA, as an engineer on some public works project. In his spare time he constructed kites, which was his hobby. But the SA weather is not generally right for kite flying. Either there is insuficient wind or, its a sand-storm.
Anyway, on one of his days off, the weather was just perfect. Mild wind in one direction but not too much. So he launched his kite.
About 15 minutes later 3 cars pulled up with 6 'religious' police. They asked him:
'What do you think you are doing"?
Being somewhat smart-allicky my friend's father answered:
"I'm fishing for birds", at which point he was promptly arrested and his kite was stomped to small bits on the sidewalk.

I'm guessing there is a joke in there somewhere? Exactly whose whining was unbearable? And as an Israeli vulture, why would he have ended up in SA if he were trying to get to Iran? I like to think I have a great sense of humor, but I'm just not getting it here. Sorry.

The vulture was arrested on suspicion of being a Mossad spy! He was interrogated and later confessed on national TV. Wait, sorry, wrong country. That would have happened if he had strayed over Iran.
