Four seconds into the fourth quarter of Saturday's game between the Orlando Magic and Minnesota Timberwolves, the game suddenly came to a halt. Orlando was bringing the ball up the court when the lights in the Target Center suddenly turned off and back on. There was a brief stoppage and the Magic went on to win 108-99.
