KTLA reports that there has been a third student shot this week, this time less than a block away from Bell High School. The 16-year old student was shot at around 3:30pm by someone shooting from a black truck. The LA Times reports that he is being treated for wounds to the stomach and side at St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood.
This is the third shooting to occur on or near a school campus in the past two days in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
