Cartoons: Deconstructed And Reimagined Into Minimalist Mini Sculptures

This is what happens when graphic designer, Markus Hofko's mind wanders: he starts with a cartoon character, and deconstructs what was once an animated, flat personality into a three dimensional abstract translation he calls 'Cartoon Particles.' "I actually did a flat version of this first, which looked already quite intriguing, but not overly exciting. The 3rd dimension seems to pull those characters out of their flat comic world in to the real understandable here and now."
