Ron Reagan, Jon Meacham Interview: 'My Father At 100'

Ron Reagan will talk about his new book, "My Father At 100," with Jon Meacham, Pulitzer Prize-winning author and presidential historian, at a celebration at the Jefferson Hotel in Washington, DC, Monday night at 7:00pm. The event is hosted by Connie Milstein, JC de La Haye Saint Hilaire, Tammy Haddad and Ted Greenberg. Reagan has been on The Colbert Report talking about the book as well, warning the host to "forget my Dad raised taxes." Watch the interview here:

The only reason why Mike and Ron are feuding is the Mike was never really Ronnie's son in the way that Ron was Ronnie AND Nancy's son. Mike tried to out conservative his dad for acceptance in a way that Ron never had to. As a result, Ron never had daddy issues cloud his thinking.

One thing I've observed is that even biological kids raised in the same household have different takes on the experience. In fact, each has a unique experience. I cannot express to you how differently each of us (four) remembers the same incidents that occurred in our home, and how different we view our parents.
