Boulder 19-Year-Old Bites Woman Who Wouldn't Buy Him Beer

A 19-year-old man was arrested by Boulder Police on Thursday after he allegedly bit a woman who refused to buy him beer.

According to the Boulder Daily Camera incident happened around 7 p.m. Wednesday at a Boulder apartment after Stephen Edward Siebold's 21-year-old girlfriend refused to buy him beer.

Westword adds that police responded to the girlfriend's report that an acquaintance "had attempted to strangle her, bit her hand and hit her in the head with a skateboard after a verbal argument" after a verbal argument stemming from her refusal to buy beer.

The Daily Mail in the UK reported that Siebold had fled the scene by the time authorities arrived. He was arrested without incident later, and charged with second-degree assault.

Police are investigating whether he was under the influence of drugs at the time of the alleged attack
