Oracene Price Jabs Clijsters On Twitter: Serena, Venus Williams' Mother Pokes Fun At Tennis Star

With neither Serena or Venus Williams in the Australian Open final, it begs the question everyone in the tennis community has been wondering, who will their mother root for?

Oracene Price took to the power of social media -- and 140 characters -- to let her feelings on Saturday's final be known. And she was just as honest as we'd all hope she'd be, even letting (hopefully jokingly) Twitterverse know that she was unsure what the finals matchup was:

why must sports always degenerate down to some idiotic remark. Yeah, she can root for whomever she wants, but if there's a rift...deal with it on your own. You make your problems everyone's business, then you accept what you purposely started!
Those are 3 horribly ugly woman....didn't Shaq once say he had relations with one (or both) of these tennis star sisters?....I know why Mr Williams spent so much time teaching his daughters tennis!...eee-yak!

In her first Grand Slam after the time she took off while playing Serena, Serena had a complete meltdown over 1 call. When Clijsters was asked about it, she refrained from saying anything negative about Serena when most people would not have blamed her. Who is the grown woman here? I would answer Clijsters. And I am a huge fan of the Williams sisters, as well as Clijsters.

Hey, Oracene- Lose the nasty weave first before you go making fun of Aussie-Kim. Tennis is not a beauty contest, and if it were, your two daughters would never have won anything. I like Serena, Venus, Kim, Justine etc etc...looks DO NOT MATTER in any sport!

im sure glad i do not have a mom like Oracene. Oracene should be ashamed to call someone Medusa. she should look in the mirror; that is a scary sight. kim is cuter then venus and Oracene, but not as cute as serena.

To each his or her own. I wouldn't throw my mom under the bus. But if my mom were smart enough to marry a man who had sense enough to put me on the tennis court in Compton California at 4 years old and turn me into a #1 Tennis Player and then provide an environment where my sister could follow in my footsteps and I could live off the fat of the land by the time I was 18. She could tweet whatever she wanted all day long and I wouldn't trade her for all the comments HP users could produce in a decade....But that just me.

Great comment. I agree with the spirit of what you wrote, though feel that Oracene was seriously misguided here, should use better judgment and display better decorum in the future. She's never shown herself to be this ungracious and hope this is the last time we see it.
