Via Curbed LA: The house belonging to Ryan Murphy, writer, producer and creator of hit shows like Nip/Tuck, Popular and Glee has been reduced a second time to $2.85 million. Originally listed at $3.25 million and subsequently at $3.05 million, this 3,210 square foot home boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms a library, and living room with two walls of windows. Outside, this gated estate also features an impressive pool, barbecue, and fire pit. The home was originally designed by mid-century modern architect Carl Maston, whose designs also include the Hillside House and the Cal Poly Pomona College of Environmental Design building.
