Steve Harvey And Ex Wife Square Off In Court

Steve Harvey And Ex Square Off In Court TODAY

A Collins County, Texas judge will hear Steve Harvey's case today against his ex-wife for violating an injunction against talking about their divorce and custody battle.

The case stems from Mary Harvey's highly publicized YouTube videos, in which she claims that Steve cheated on her throughout their marriage and left her with nothing--including their son Wynton--after their divorce.

"He turned my son against me, had me evicted me from our house, I was thrown out...he manipulated the courts, everything against me," she said. "I woke up everything was gone."

Steve addressed Mary's allegations two weeks ago on his nationally syndicated talk show.

"I know the truth," he said. "But the matter is, the part that's hurtful in this is my wife and children had to be drugged [sic] into this. If you're going to be vindictive go ahead and aim it at me, but my son is coming in the room crying. And that's also her son. So why would you do this?"

Mary, who has been called "erratic" by a former assistant, told Tom Joyner that posted the videos to reveal the truth about Steve and to be a positive example to women who are silenced by their husbands.

"Women that have been silenced by their husbands on every level of their life--this is happening in our community as well, and someone needs to stand up and say something," she said on his radio show. "You don't have to be married to a mogul or a guru to have these kinds of concerns."

Steve Harvey's current wife Marjorie--whom Mary claimed was having an affair with her husband during their marriage--is considering filing a defamation suit as well.

"As a wife and a mother, I cannot stand back and allow the defamation of my character or actions that will malign my family," Marjorie said in a statement.
