Dell's Windows 7 Business Tablet To Launch

Looks like Microsoft is trying to make up for lost time. Dell just announced a Windows tablet to be produced later this year.

Microsoft is behind the tablet game, but the Dell product should help them provide an answer to the iPad, as well as to the ever-increasing pool of tablet competitors.

Though there's no word on exact pricing and release date information, the Windows 7 Business Tablet will run on an Intel processor, with a 10-inch touch screen. It is seemingly meant for businesses already running Microsoft, or as the press release notes, for "IT organizations that demand control, security, manageability and integration with existing infrastructure investments."
