Pepsi's giving the diet version of its drink a makeover.
The new Diet Pepsi "Skinny Can" will debut at New York's Fall 2011 Fashion Week this month. The can is supposed to be a "taller, sassier" version of the diet soda can, which the the company refers to as a "celebration of beautiful, confident women," according to CNN Money.
"Our slim, attractive new can is the perfect complement to today's most stylish looks," said Jill Beraud, chief marketing officer at Pepsi (PEP, Fortune 500). "We're excited to throw its coming-out party, during the biggest celebration of innovative design in the world."
While the can will debut in February, it won't hit stores until March. The old can will still remain a staple of the Pepsi lineup.
