Christian Siriano Fall 2011: Model Falls On Runway (PHOTOS)

A model took a pretty ugly spill at the Christian Siriano Fall 2011 show on Thursday night. And can you blame her? Look at those heels! We'd end up on the floor if we were wearing those, too.

If it's any consolation to her, she wasn't the first to get knocked down this season -- according to various Twitterers, there were two falling beauties at the Nicholas K show on Thursday morning, during the very first show of New York Fashion Week. Brutal.
