Rihanna Wants Chris Brown Restraining Order Eased

Rihanna and Chris Brown may soon be able to be in the same room.

Following his savage beating of the pop star, his then-girlfriend, Brown was hit with a restraining order that kept him far away from Rihanna. He's been in court trying to get the restrictions of that order lifted, and now, it seems Rihanna may be willing to back those efforts.

E! Online reports that Rihanna has requested that the restraining order be dropped to a level one, which would allow Brown to be in contact with her so long as he does not annoy, molest or harass her. Ostensibly, this was done so that they can both attend award shows, though Brown won't be attending the Grammys despite his nominations.

Brown was also sentenced to 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling and 1400 hours of public service, of which he began by cleaning a horse stable. He's completed 582 of those hours.
