Joe The Plumber Gets A Teevee Show

Joe The Plumber Gets A Teevee Show

There's good news for all you fans of Samuel J. "Joe the 'Plumber'" Wurzelbacher today. Dave Weigel reports that the folks over at the Right Network have created and/or saved him a job as the host of a new show called "Whaddya Know Joe?" As the Right Network can be thought of as the conservative version of Current TV, "Whaddya Know Joe?" can basically be considered the conservative version of "InfoMania." It appears to be shot on the same set that they shot all of those "Rick Barber Talks To Zombie Presidents" campaign ads.

Prior to this, Wurzelbacher was some sort of foreign correspondent for Pajamas Media. They sent him to Israel, and years later, Ricky Gervais would steal that idea to build a show for Karl Pilkington. Later, Wurzelbacher cut commercials for some flat-tax/1-900 number scam/scheme, that we saw on YouTube.

Laugh if you want, but I'd wager this show would be more than capable of beating The Daily to some of the scoops they're apparently after. Find the richest man in South Dakota? He's probably underwriting this show!
