Dina Lohan Responds To Charlie Sheen's Life Advice (VIDEO)

In her appearance on "Good Morning America," Dina Lohan spoke with George Stephanopoulos about the advice that notoriously scandal-ridden Charlie Sheen gave her oft-publicized daughter. Sheen, who suffers no lack of addiction or legal problems of his own, called into the Dan Patrick Show and advised Lindsay to, "Just try to think things through a little bit before you do them."

As a matter of fact, this sounds like sage counsel for both Sheen and Lohan (the younger) given that both of their lives have become a media circus. It seems that Lindsay knows good advice when she hears it and has, according to Dina, taken Charlie's words to heart. She also had a few pieces of guidance herself that she wished to pass on to Sheen, warning "Just, get help."

It seems that perhaps they have formed a mutual support system. Never one to bow out early, Sheen called in to ABC to offer more words of wisdom to Dina Lohan. "It's never too late to get a fresh start. Quit believing that losing is an option. Embrace what you see in the mirror," he recommended. Hopefully Oracle Sheen will be enough to keep Lindsay out of jail. Watch Dina's reaction below:

Definitely sounds like her mom is just making things up as she goes. First she didn't know what Sheen said and a minute later she knew that her daughter responded with advice of her own? I don't know why the press gives the Lohan family so much free press.

Can someone tell me of another celebrity who's mother consistently does interviews regarding their mental and emotional health? Good grief. As much as Miss Lohan annoys me, it really is no wonder she's so messed up. I don't think she could fire her parents even if she wanted to. They are like a terrible rash that never goes away.

Neither of Lindsay's parents have any right to judge anyone on advice, including Charlie Sheen. They are perfect examples of how to raise kids the wrong way...

I keep forgetting Lindsay's age, its very sad to see young women 24 look closer to 40 than 30. The life she leads takes it toll and we can easily see its been an abusive life. Momma Lohan loves the spotlight, I think thats what Dina has taught Lindsay. Oh yes and to pass the buck too. A trainreck is so hard to look away from.
