By allowing him to skate on criminal charges, the SEC and Cali Attorney General are doing worse than making a joke of the justice system. It reinforces the miserable credit system, because potential trading partners in the financial industry have no idea if they're being sold a batch of crappy paper. The snakes are still in the pit.
