In rare color footage shot in Houston in 1963, President John F. Kennedy is seen taking part in festivities on the night before his assassination.
According to the New York Daily News, the silent video was shot on Nov. 21, 1963 around 9 p.m. at the Rice Hotel in Houston. It has since been donated to the Sixth Floor Museum in Dallas, an organization dedicated to the life and death of JFK, which has restored and released the film.
