Why is this a hate crime when the woman in AZ that was a Border Vigilante that killed a Hispanic man and a 9 year old Hispanic girl not a hate crime?

Shawna Forde killed those poor folk, not because they were Hispanic, but because she thought they had money and drugs. She's been sentenced to death anyway, so justice has been served.

On the surface, this does indeed appear to be a hate crime and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. One can only hope, though, that the law is applied equally. Assaulting Islam, or any other religion, is equally as heinous as attacking Christianity. The same should apply for race. Attacking an African-American because there are such is equally as heinous as attacking anyone else because of their race.

Not suprised, just take West's comments, or Issa planning to investigate every Muslim, or almost every GOP politician and FOX who constantly preach how the end is coming because of the Muslims.

I've never heard of the "Dallas Star-Telegram." You'd think the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, a newspaper that actually does exist, might be irritated.
