Free chocolate, of course. You'll want to head over to La Maison du Chocolat on Thursday, 2/24, from noon - 5 p.m. to taste their new creations: Due Ganache. Chocolatiers will be whipping up complementary fresh-prepared ganache at all of the NYC locations.
The smooth texture of the new confections maximize the degustation and development of the aromas of the beans. What does that mean? We're not entirely sure, but we can attest that it's like heaven in your mouth.
