William Faulkner Honored With Custom Flavor At NYC City Bakery

It's hard to imagine William Faulkner setting foot in City Bakery, edging through the anxious lunchtime crowd in Manhattan's Flatiron District and ordering himself a plate of marinated baked organic tofu, buckwheat soba, and kale. But today he was the guest of honor at the bakery's month-long hot chocolate festival as the twenty-second flavor: What Would Faulkner Drink?
